Delivery Timeline:
Typically, decor, kitchen, and lighting products arrive at your doorstep within 1-2 weeks, while furniture products take about 2-4 weeks to reach you. Customized orders are shipped within 3-4 weeks. However, shipping timelines for customized products may vary due to several factors. While we strive to deliver within the mentioned timelines, we kindly ask for your understanding in rare cases of exceptions that may require additional time.

Delivery Policy and Guidelines:
Free delivery applies only to the initial delivery attempt at your specified ship-to address. If a delivery is missed, an additional visit charge will be applicable for subsequent installations. Our delivery partner will deliver the product only to the ground floor if there is no service lift in your apartment.

We kindly ask you to inspect all entry gates leading to the designated area for product placement. Please compare the dimensions of these entry points with the product dimensions to ensure that there is sufficient space for moving the product to its intended location.

Understanding your Product:
All our products are handcrafted by traditional skilled artisians of rural India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.

Let's not think of slight variations in shape or color as a defect, it should rather be celebrated as a product with the soul of an artisan. Handicraft by definition means a glorious uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.

In spite of these variables, at Fabuliv we stand behind the quality of our products and we will replace the product free of cost incase of any manufacturing defect, damage in transit, or difference in descriptions of the product.

Custom Made Order Policy:
Since these special-order items are customized to your specific requirements, we regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate returns, exchanges, or any changes to your order once the purchase order has been approved.

Estimated Delivery Date:
The Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) is provided to give you an approximate timeframe for when your order will be dispatched from our factory. Please note that for customized orders, the EDD may vary due to various factors involved in their production. While we ship 90% of our orders before the EDD, we ask for your understanding regarding any potential delays, as we always aim to deliver products promptly. It's important to note that in the event of changes to the EDD, we regret to inform you that cancellations will not be accepted for customized orders.
