Can I have products delivered on a special day?
Our goal at Fabuliv is to deliver products in an immaculate condition and in the quickest time possible. When it comes to special or particular days, we cannot make a commitment.
How much are the delivery charges?
We offer free delivery across PAN-India. However, for orders below Rs 500, we charge a shipping fee of Rs 49 per order. For lighting products, we charge for shipping, whose rates are mentioned in the below table.
Do I have the ability to open the Cash-on-Delivery parcel before payment?

Yes, you need to sign on the delivery form, through which you confirm that your order has been delivered in a flawless condition, without any damage or defects.
How do I know if Fabuliv offers delivery to my PIN code?
After clicking on any product, there is a tab on the right hand side that states “check delivery estimate for your PIN code.” You need to enter your PIN code in that tab and check if we deliver to your region as well know the expected delivery date for your order.
What happens if no one is at home when the order arrives?
Our shipping agent will leave a note at your shipping address that will notify you about an alternative delivery date or a pickup arrangement.
Does Fabuliv process international orders?
No. Presently, we deliver products only within India.

We send you an email post shipment of the order that contains the name of the service provider and tracking number. Enter the tracking number in the respective section on the service provider’s website. The order status will provide in-depth information about your package. If our shipping partner fails to reach you for any reason, we will offer you instructions to collect your order from the shipping partner directly. In such situations, Fabuliv has the right to terminate the sale contract by fully refunding the order amount.
